Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Conditions for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact our customer service at support@rejoicin.com with your complaint and pictures of the faulty goods. 

Please note that:

  • Orders which are sent back to us without first requesting a return will be assessed a 35% cancellation, handling and restocking fee before credit is issued.
  • Orders which are refused at delivery will be treated as abandoned packages and Rejoicin will not be held responsible for any refund, as the they become untraceable.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

⚠️  Please note: we cannot accept returns or exchanges of goods damaged by scissors and other sharp objects used to open the package.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your return request and will promptly ship a new undamaged item to you. 

In case a new item will not be available we will provide you with a discount code of the same amount of your purchase to apply to your future orders on our website rejoicin.com.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund exclusively to a Paypal account provided by you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@rejoicin.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, any additional fees related to return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled up until 24 hours after the payment has been processed.

The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders cancelled after this time, as orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed in the warehouse.
