Can I change my order once it has been placed?

An order may be changed up until 24 hours after the payment has been processed. Once we have processed your order in the warehouse, we cannot make changes. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@rejoicin.com with your order # to make changes to your order within that timeframe. 

What are your delivery times?

Our Shipping Team fulfils all orders within 1-5 days of processing the payment. From that moment, you will receive the package within the next 1-3 weeks. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information. 

 

I have not received any purchase confirmation email, is everything okay? 

If you do not receive our confirmation email in the main folder of your email account, remember to also check the 'Promotions' and 'Spam' folders. If you still can't find it, contact our Customer Care Team at support@rejoicin.com.

I have received a defective product, can I return/exchange it?

Of course. Albeit unlikely, it may happen that some of our hamster's toys escape the watchful eye of our Quality Control Team, but let us solve everything for you. Send us an email at support@rejoicin.com with your complain and a picture of the faulty item, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can start a Return/Exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a Return/Exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@rejoicin.com with your complaint and pictures of the faulty goods.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, accounts are totally optional.

Do you offer the gift package option or the ability to insert a note or message?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer these options. But we try to constantly improve, so we are working on it!

How do I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled up until 24 hours after the payment has been processed. The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders cancelled after this time, as orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed in the warehouse.

Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
