Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: AT THE MOMENT THE SHIPPING SERVICE IS FUNCTIONING REGULARLY, BUT IT MAY BE SUBJECTED TO SLIGHT DELAYS


Our Shipping Team handles all orders within 1-5 business days of processing the payments. We will coordinate closely with the courier to get accurate tracking numbers updates as soon as possible.

We cannot process on National Holidays or Weekends.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email update containing the tracking code. Please be aware that the tracking function may take a few days to fully activate. 

In the event that you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number just let us know by contacting our Customer Care Team at support@rejoicin.com and we'll provide you with all the relevant information. 

Your order will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United Kingdom according to stock availability.

The shipping timings provided are only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date. Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.


SHIPPING RATES

Rejoicin offer FREE shipping worldwilde. There is no minimum order value or quantity on any product you buy. We deliver for FREE. We also provide tracking code to keep an eye on your order.

CUSTOMS FEE

Albeit it rarely happens, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel
Rejoicin will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. 

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

INCORRECT INFORMATION ENTERED AT CHECK-OUT

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer at check-out. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when checking out and to avoid any typos. If you realize you have made a mistake, e-mail us at support@rejoicin.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you.

In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is fully responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. 

Please always double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door! 

REFUSED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

If the package arrives at the Country of destination and :

  • The customer refuses to accept the package

  • No attempt is made by the local Postal Service or Courier to deliver the package

Rejoicin reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be held responsible for any refund, as the package becomes untraceable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please be aware that tracking numbers may not become available for about 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. 

In the event that you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number just let us know by contacting our Customer Care Team at support@rejoicin.com and we'll provide you with all the relevant information. 

ORDER STUCK IN TRANSIT

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when transiting between countries. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so thank you in advance for your time and patience.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@rejoicin.com with your order # and we will check its status for you. We will get back to you with updates asap (usually within 24 hours).
