All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.
There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to take payment in full for the applicable goods, postage and packing charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms.

We are concerned about the safety and security of your information. So we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that your information is secure. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the goods it supplies the buyer.
We go out of our way to ensure that our goods are built to be just what our pets need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.
In that case, the buyer will have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the goods. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. To start a return, the buyer must contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of the faulty goods.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

An order may be cancelled up until 24 hours after the payment has been processed. The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders cancelled after this time. Please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for more detailed information.

The buyer agrees to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from the seller. The buyer agrees to promptly update their account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that the seller can complete the buyer's transactions and contact them as needed.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
